3. Additional Information
Print and complete the Medical Form.
Arrange for a copy of your transcript (for high school students it must be for ALL high school work for grade 9 and higher) or report card (students entering grade 9) to be mailed to us.
4. Complete the SLEP Test
To demonstrate adequate English proficiency for high school classes at GLCHS, international students must take the SLEP (Secondary Language English Proficiency) Test. To find out more about taking the SLEP test contact the GLCHS Admissions Office.
5. Health Insurance for International Students
All students who are not covered under the Ontario Health System are required to purchase their own health insurance before attending school. Click here to purchase insurance from our provider, INGLE International.
